I dont see how that is going to get kills outside of called spikes, which isnt the most effective way to kill in TA.

The foe monk cannot use enhancments, if he does he's dead and he gets hammered by the warrior. Add the pressure from the necro with corrupt and some general degen and the pressure from the RT that can produce massive health loss in a short time. If foe melee try to attack through the hexs then the pressure will overwelm any healing capability.
And yes, warrior + rt on the same target can produce tons of damage in a short time, but it is not a spike.

If you're going to use warrior's endurance I strongly advise that you go W/D for eremites/mystic/prot strike spam.
